Whether it’s breast, bottle, or both — your baby can feed with ease.
If you’re struggling with latch, supply, bottle refusal, pumping, pain, or just feel something’s off — you're in the right place.
Feeding is not just a technique. It’s relationship. It's rhythm. And it's worth getting support for.

I’m Julee Portner — speech-language pathologist (MS, CCC-SLP), lactation consultant (IBCLC), and infant bodyworker with 30+ years of experience helping families navigate feeding, digestion, and development.
Together, we’ll slow down, look at the whole picture, and figure out what your baby is asking for — even if they can’t tell us with words.

Clinic (Oahu: Diamond Head, Kahala and Kaneohe)
Home Visit (Throughout Oahu)
All visits are comprehensive.
Offering the best of each type:
online, in your home or pool, and wellness clinics for gentle and real life solution focused visits.
Supporting optimal development with clinical and body based care to address feeding challenges with breast, bottle, starting solids, dealing with tongue tie, sleep challenges, and body tension.
You'll leave with clarity and a plan — grounded in your baby and family's unique rhythm.
Feeding and tongue‑tie are just part of the journey. Julee also offers hands‑on bodywork and wellness support—through massage, craniosacral and oral‑motor therapy, breath‑body coaching, energy work, reflex integration, and more—to subtly shift tension, restore flow, and balance.
For babies:
• Infant massage, facial/jaw/oral‑motor therapy, and craniosacral work
• Gentle support for digestion, tension, sleep, reflux, and fussy latches
• Aquatic bodywork sessions in warm water—offered in a therapeutic setting where your baby is gently floated, moved, and held.
These sessions help unwind birth imprints, regulate the nervous system, and promote deep calm through soothing touch in a womb-like environment.
For moms:
• Therapeutic breast massage and body alignment
• Stress-relief craniosacral therapy and postpartum nervous-system support
• Milk Management & Breast Care—hands-on, non-invasive support for milk flow, blocked ducts, engorgement, and breast discomfort.
Julee uses gentle techniques to promote circulation, lymph drainage, and tissue softening—supporting both comfort and supply.
This approach isn’t just clinical care—it’s nervous‑system regulation, deeper bonding, and full‑body restoration, woven into the feeding support you already trust. Whether on the table or in warm water, Julee’s care helps mothers and babies return to balance—together.
Yes. All feeding is welcome — breast, bottle, formula, expressed milk. I help families find rhythm and ease with whatever path they’re on.
Absolutely. Virtual visits include full intake, feeding observation, coaching, and care planning.
Most families come in during the newborn stage, but I also support older babies, NICU grads, preemies, and toddlers navigating feeding challenges.
Yes. Every visit ends with a custom plan and clear next steps. You’ll feel informed, supported, and empowered.
